This narrow oval picture frame is made of high density pressed wood and has a warm walnut finish.  It comes with everything you need to display your oval photo.  You are able to customize your frame by choosing the shape of glass or acrylic cover you prefer.  Select a flat pane, a dome-shaped cover or a convex shaped cover for a vintage look.  You can also select the type of glass or acrylic you prefer by choosing either a normal clear glass, clear acrylic, or an anti-reflective (AR) glass or acrylic for a more diffused look.  To help protect your photo from fading in sunlight UV glass or UV acrylic is available. 

The width of this wide oval frame is 1 5/8” and has a 3/8” rabbet, which is the recess on the back inner edge of the frame where the photo or artwork fits.
