This museum quality archival frame has a patented archival matboard and mountboard framing system that will protect your photos from discoloration caused by common pollutants that enter along the back of the frame and glass.  These archival matboards have been tested to slow art and photo paper degradation, protect against damaging pollutants and neutralize acid by-products. The mat and mountboard of this frame is also acid-free and lignin free, fade and bleed resistant and is buffered to maintain alkaline pH.  Plus, this Artcare Woodbury Archival Black Picture Frame also comes with UV glass so your photos are protected from fading and damage caused by UV light.

This striking black photo frame is made of wood. The frame molding width is 1 1/2" and has a depth of 23/32" with a 9/32” rabbet.

It comes with archival UV glass, an archival 4-ply frost colored mat and archival 2-ply mountboard, easel back stand and vertical and horizontal hanging hardware. Plus, when this frame is hung on the wall it sits flat against the wall because the easel back stand fits inside the back of the frame.

It is available in an 8x10 frame size with a 5x7 matted photo opening. You can also remove the archival mat if you want to use the frame to display an 8x10 photo instead.
