YourPictureFrames.com Affiliate Program Frame Contest Official Rules

All participants agree to abide by the terms of these official rules and the Legal Disclaimers below, and by the decisions of YourPictureFrames.com and Cypress Ridge Shops LLC (owner of YourPictureFrames.com) which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to the contest.

Eligibility

YourPictureFrames.com Affiliate Program Contest is open only to approved YourPictureFrames.com Affiliates with a hyperlink on their website linking back to YourPictureFrames.com.

Anyone with a family friendly website located in the United States is eligible to become an affiliate. Approval of affiliates is the sole discretion of YourPictureFrames.com.

Approved affiliates are automatically entered into the contest upon validation of the back link to YourPictureFrames.com and must be approved into the affiliate program before May 30, 2010 at 11:59 pm pacific time.

Employees and members of the immediate families (immediate family is defined as parent, sibling, child spouse or any person residing in the same household as employee) of YourPictureFrames.com will not be eligible to receive the prize.

Prize

The winner of the prize will receive a $500 YourPictureFrames.com store credit to be used by the winner for their choice of pictures frames offered on YourPictureFrames.com. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except by YourPictureFrames.com.

General Conditions

By applying for the affiliate program, each applicant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules and by the decision of YourPictureFrames.com, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. The contest will be open to any approved affiliates who signed up and were approved on or before Feb 1, 2010 up through May 30, 2010 11:59 pm pacific time. The winner will be determined by a random third party drawing conducted on June 1, 2010. At the time of the drawing, the winner must be an affiliate in good standing with the required back link on their website to YourPictureFrames.com.

By entering, participants agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless YourPictureFrames.com, its parent company, sponsors, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injuries and/or death, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this contest or the acceptance, possession or use of any prize won in connection with this contest.

All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

YourPictureFrames.com is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected on-line applications, for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete entry information whether caused by applicant, equipment, or technical malfunction or for any human error, technical error or malfunctions.

YourPictureFrames.com is not responsible for typographical or other human or technical errors in the offer or administration of this contest, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Official Rules, the selection and announcement of the winner or the distribution of the prize.

Winner Information

The winner will be posted on the YourPictureFrames.com blog (http://www.yourpictureframes.com/blog) on or after June 1, 2010 or you can request winner information by sending a self addressed envelope to: YourPictureFrames.com Affiliate Program Frame Contest, c/o Alisha Lee, 8250 Vista Bella Drive, Auburn, CA 95602. Specify "Winners List."

Internet

If for any reason this Internet program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of YourPictureFrames.com which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this contest, YourPictureFrames.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the apaplicant process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest.

YourPictureFrames.com assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries or affiliate applications. YourPictureFrames.com is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry or transaction to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this contest.
