This classic oval picture frame is made of high density pressed wood and has a warm walnut finish.  Everything you need to display your oval photo is included.  To customize your frame you can choose the shape of glass or acrylic cover you want.  Choose a flat pane, a dome-shaped cover or a convex shaped cover for a vintage look.  You can customize further by choosing the type of glass or acrylic you like.  You have the choice of normal clear glass, clear acrylic, or an anti-reflective (AR) glass or AR acrylic for a more diffused look.  To help protect your photo from fading in sunlight you can choose UV glass or UV acrylic.  

The width of this wide oval frame is 2 3/4” and has a 3/8” rabbet, which is the recess on the back inner edge of the frame where the photo or artwork fits.
